Often, yes. If the wall is load-bearing, it can usually be replaced with a properly sized beam. We’ll evaluate it during your free estimate and handle the permit with the City of Jacksonville.

Should I keep my terrazzo floors?

It depends on their condition and your style. We can look at them with you and talk through covering them versus replacing the flooring around them.
