The tradesmen did their best to keep the construction dust out of the rest of the house and were respectful of our home. They were on time, polite, professional, and skilled! Interior-only remodels typically don’t. Exterior changes in a historic district usually do. If your project touches the outside of the house, we’ll help you find out what’s required before we start.

Why do older-home remodels cost more?

Extra prep, like leveling floors, straightening walls and updating old plumbing, adds labor. We explain those items clearly in your estimate so there are no surprises.
